1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service with Infinity Spa & Massage, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.

2. Service Description

We offer a range of massage and body treatments designed to promote relaxation, wellness, and rejuvenation. Specific service details and offerings may vary by availability and therapist.

3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be booked in advance. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee. No-shows or late cancellations may be charged in full.

4. Arrival Time

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation. Arriving late may result in a shortened session to avoid delays for the next guest.

5. Age Requirements

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive services without a parent or guardian present. Younger clients may be seen with parental consent and supervision.

6. Behavior & Conduct

We maintain a respectful, professional environment. Infinity Spa & Massage reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior.

7. Pricing

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Final prices will be confirmed at the time of booking.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If, within the fist 10 minutes of receiving your initial service, you feel it isnt the right fit, you are welcome to request a change of practitioner.

9. Modifications to Terms

Infinity Spa & Massage reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

11. Credit Card Policy

Credit cards are accepted as a form of payment; however a processing fee will be applied to each transaction.
