Appointments must be booked in advance. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee. No-shows or late cancellations may be charged in full.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation. Arriving late may result in a shortened session to avoid delays for the next guest.
Clients must be 18 years or older to receive services without a parent or guardian present. Younger clients may be seen with parental consent and supervision.
We maintain a respectful, professional environment. Infinity Spa & Massage reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If, within the fist 10 minutes of receiving your initial service, you feel it isnt the right fit, you are welcome to request a change of practitioner.
